Civil and Commercial Mediation

It is with great pride that we offer our clients mediation services in civil and commercial matters.

Mediation allows people to find solutions to a conflict at a lesser cost than those required when there is judicialization of the process. Moreover, it is a rule of our office to seek all possible means to find a solution to a conflict in order to avoid the inconvenience, unpleasantness and uncertainty that result from a trial.

Negotiation techniques exist to find solutions and settle a dispute. Parties may also utilize the services of private mediators who are experienced and trained to settle a case.

M^e Alain Barrette is mediator accredited by the Québec Bar Association in civil and commercial matters. He has settled many cases, some of which were so difficult that a settlement seemed unlikely.
